Once everything is bone-dry, we inspect the subfloor for rot or warp. If the damage is severe, we'll repair or replace the affected flooring, restoring your home to a safe, dry condition.

Floor restoration typically includes removing the damaged flooring material (carpet, tile, or hardwood), treating the substrate for moisture and mold, and then installing new, appropriate flooring.
