About the Company

Founded by a real estate investor and Realtor in 2006, The Turnkey Team began as an in-house crew for his own properties in the South Bay. After years of struggling to find reliable subcontractors, he built a team of pros that eventually became a full-service renovation and restoration company. Launched publicly in summer 2025, we serve El Segundo homeowners and Realtors with remodeling, additions, damage restoration, and environmental abatement. Our team handles everything from bathroom and kitchen remodels to new ADU construction and water damage repair. For El Segundo residents, we specifically address kitchen sink leaks that saturate attic insulation and cause mold, as well as ice dam water damage from coastal winter storms. We’re located near Sepulveda Boulevard and Imperial Highway, just minutes from El Segundo High School and the Toyota Sports Center. Our CSLB# 1137691 ensures licensed, bonded work for every project.
